INSTRUCTORS
Meet our team
Danielle Archila
Barre & Pilates Instructor

Danielle is an avid heath and fitness enthusiast who began teaching in the fall of 2018. Originally from Braintree, Danielle has practiced Pilates and dance for years and quickly became a dedicated member of The Barre Effect shortly after moving to the area. She lives for the "barre burn" and completed two barre instructor trainings in under a year. She is certified in bootybarre®, as well as trained in the Barre Intensity® method. Danielle is also in the process of furthering her fitness education by pursuing additional certifications in Pilates mat and apparatus. When she's not teaching, you'll likely find her taking classes right along with you - smiling through the burn!
Molly D'Anella
Barre Instructor

Molly has been a barre instructor since 2019 and is trained in the Barre Intensity® method. Prior to becoming an instructor, Molly was a member of The Barre Effect and was inspired to become an instructor after witnessing firsthand the transformative physical and mental impact barre had on her life and health. She also has a passion for strength training and HIIT style workouts which she regularly incorporates into her classes. When teaching, Molly’s goals are to encourage you, have fun with you, and sweat right along side you!
Jessica Muradian
Barre Instructor

Growing up in California, Jessica has been an athlete for most of her life. Now a Grafton resident and looking for a new form of fitness to conquer, in 2017 she found her love for barre at The Barre Effect and became a dedicated member of the studio. Soon after, she was trained in the Barre Intensity® method and has been teaching ever since. Her classes incorporate cardio with upbeat music that will keep you moving. She loves to run, cycle and take barre classes with fellow instructors and friends.
Lisa Hastings
Yoga Instructor

Lisa, a Southern California native, has always lived an active lifestyle that is synonymous with California. It was on the west coast where she made the decision to get certified as a fitness instructor and ended up teaching a variety of classes at local gyms. She enjoyed teaching, but loved knowing that she played a part in helping her students stay healthy.
A career move brought her to the East Coast, and in 2009, Lisa found yoga when a neighbor asked her to go to a heated yoga class. She almost passed out from the heat, but she eventually loved the way it made her feel! A consistent yoga practice started to develop for her as she became drawn to the peace and centering it brought to her life. She embraced the part of yoga beyond the physical practice; the mental and emotional benefits were what she was looking for all along. In 2016, Lisa became certified through a local yoga studio and is a 200hr RYT with Yoga Alliance. Soon after graduation, she started teaching seasonal classes on Lake Quinsigamond. She is also certified in Xen Strength Yoga®.

When Lisa is off her mat, she enjoys living the lake life in Shrewsbury with her husband Jeff and fur-kid, a Chocolate lab named Rufus. She leads an active lifestyle that includes hiking, kayaking, and surfing. She loves adventure, and travels any chance she gets; experiencing different cultures and exploring cities like she is a local is a true passion of hers.
